The sixth edition of the Bengaluru International Film Festival will be held from December 26 to January 2, 2014, it was officially announced by chief minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday.
The eight-day sixth Bengaluru International Film Festival (BIFFES), being held in the city from December 26, will see participation of 152 films from 45 countries.
A curtain-raiser seminar will be organised in the third week of December. Master classes will be conducted by cinema experts and a poster exhibition on 100 years of Indian cinema will be presented by DAVP.
Cine buffs in the City will get to enjoy a treat of more than 100 regional, national and international films from December 26, 2013 to January 2, 2014, as part of the sixth edition of Bangalore International Film Festival (BIFFES).
The event is being organised and conducted by Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy, on behalf of Government of Karnataka in association with the Karnataka Film Chamber of Commerce.
